Project Overview

Member's 1st had a vision three years ago to combine their headquarters buildings, which were split between four buildings, and put the credit union's 500+ employees under one roof, in a three-story, 183,973 square foot building.

Greenfield Architects created a program by using 'building block' employee and director's surveys to determine the projected building size. It engaged the staff, now invested in the tailored design of the building. Upon completion of programming, the building area was defined with client feedback.

The new building consists of 183,973 square feet, including a 9,752-square-foot basement for secure record storage and mechanical equipment, 59,255 square feet of first floor offices, 58,227 square feet of second floor offices, and 54,594 square feet of third floor offices, each designed for future growth.

The project program also includes Record Storage, secured Data and IT infrastructure, Boiler Room, Electrical Room, Water Sprinkler Room, Safe Room, Copy/Print Rooms, multiple-sized Conference Rooms, Men's and Women's Restrooms, Mothers Rooms, sub-dividable Large Training Rooms, Large Cafe, three story Atrium, Large Community Room, Mail and Supply Rooms, Facilities Warehouse with dock and grade access doors, IT Warehouse, Wellness/Exercise Center, Restrooms and Locker Rooms, Customer Service Training Rooms, Executive Offices, Board Room, Hotel Conference Rooms for transient staff, and a Third Floor open roof deck with views of the north mountain.
