Community Services Group (CSG) is a provider of mental health and IDD support services to adults and children.  Housed in this new building are several service units which include outpatient, case management, therapy services and social rehab as well as business offices and a pharmacy. 

There is a central waiting and check-in area that accesses all of the different service units off a central corridor.  The conference rooms and consultation rooms are located directly of the corridor to be shared by all service units.
