LANCASTER, Pa.—Greenfield Architects of Lancaster, Pa., announced that it completed the design drawings for a Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel to be built in Norristown, Pa., for Audubon Land Development.

High Construction Company, Lancaster, Pa., was selected as design-builder for the
$10 million hotel which will comprise 123 guestrooms and five stories with more than 112,000-square-feet. Construction is slated to begin within the next few weeks.

The hotel will be located at the intersection of Trooper Road and Shannondell Boulevard in Lower Providence Township, Montgomery County.
