Company History
The High organization was founded in Lancaster, Pa., in 1931 as High Welding Company. Since that time, High has significantly grown and expanded. Guided by The High Philosophy of building trustworthy relationships and being innovative leaders, the High companies are a diverse group of businesses serving a broad customer base in the Eastern and Midwestern United States. High Industries Inc. affiliates provide steel bridge superstructure fabrication and erection; precast concrete building systems; metal processing and distribution; specialty hauling; and air-quality and safety consulting. High Real Estate Group LLC affiliates offer real estate development and brokerage; architecture; commercial construction; and hotel development and management.
Greenfield Architects Ltd. was founded in 1990 and is an affiliate of High Real Estate Group LLC. As part of an organization that also develops, owns, and operates a portfolio of more than 9 million square feet of commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and multifamily properties, we bring unsurpassed experience and expertise to facility design, construction, and energy performance.

Greenfield Architects includes five registered architects with more than 100 years of combined experience in designing manufacturing/distribution facilities, commercial/office facilities, education facilities, healthcare facilities, multifamily housing and hotels. The team is lead by Frank Fox, President of Greenfield Architects.

President
Frank Fox, President of Greenfield Architects, leads a regionally recognized firm that provides master planning, architectural design, interior design, and adaptive reuse services to customers throughout the Eastern United States.
Mr. Fox is responsible for the management of architectural operations, coordination and review of projects, and supervision and assignment of the architectural staff.
Mr. Fox is a graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL. He is a registered architect in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts, Delaware, Tennessee, Florida, Virginia, and West Virginia.
